Jonathan is a senior executive with over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He is deeply passionate about empowering his fellow Military community and first-time home buyers on how to become homeowners. Driven by his vision to improve the lives of his fellow Veterans and their families, Jonathan noticed a gap in the market – where Veterans were under-served and being taken advantage of by banks and retail lenders that offer high-interest rate mortgages with high closing costs that ultimately turns into loan churning by these lenders.

With this in mind, Jonathan founded Valor Home Mortgage and Valor Real Estate in order to educate his Military community on the home buying process, while ensuring they receive low rates and the lowest-cost mortgage available to them.

Prior to his mortgage industry career, Jonathan served 4 years in the United States Army as an Infantry Soldier. Additionally, he studied business management at American Military University and is a father of two. He enjoys coaching little league baseball and serves on the Advisory Council and Financial Committee for Soldiers’ Angels, a veteran focused charitable organization. Jonathan also founded the Veterans Alliance for Homeownership – VATEAM.org.
